Salon policy

Your satisfaction is our mission. We will use the best treatments in order to carefully control the damage to previously treated hair. Please be aware it may require several visits or we may be forced stop short of your goal. Our goal at Hair Reformation is to maintain the integrity of your hair to the best of our abilities. Our salon prefers to take a team approach, our Stylists and Apprentices will work together to optimize your experience, However, your Stylist will oversee and formulate all processes related to your appointment.

  • We require a card on file to book all services at Hair Reformation.

  • When booking “The Works”, we require a $100 New Client Retainer that is non-refundable. This will be obtained at the time of your consultation and applied to your total after the service is performed.

  • When booking “The Works” online via our booking website, our system collects your card information to confirm the card is valid in the event that you ‘No Show’ your reserved appointment that was booked for you, we may then charge your card accordingly and will send a text receipt if this is the case. Please call us if you need to discuss further when booking online.


Safety policy

Our salon has sharp instruments, hot styling tools, and chemicals that make for a potentially dangerous environment. Our salon is not child proof. 

  • Children 12 years and older may be allowed to patiently wait in the sitting area.

  • In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, proper supervision in the form of an additional caretaker must be provided. Unsupervised children are strictly prohibited in the salon area.


reimbursement policy

Our team prides themselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on any salon services or treatments. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the services you have received, please contact Hair Reformation within 24 hours. This is for all services except Hand Tied Extensions- please see below. 

  • If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will schedule you a reevaluation at the salon within 2 Business Days of the intital service. At that time, we will make every effort to achieve the desired look described during the consultation. This is at no additional cost to you.

  • We do not offer any credits, refunds, or exchanges on retail products.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another guest.

SICK & COVID POLICY

We have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy for all services at Hair Reformation. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other guests. This policy applies to anyone who is at risk of getting others around you sick and or your children have unexpectedly fallen ill and you have no babysitter. • In order to be respectful of your fellow guests, please call Hair Reformation as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. • If cancelling within less than 24 hours, we will charge you 50% of the service that you were scheduled for and charge the remaining 50% upon rescheduling within 14 days. If you do not reschedule within 2 weeks, your 50% of your appointment payment will be forfeited. Our appointments are confirmed 6 days in advance by text and email.


CANCellation and rescheduling policy

We have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy for all services at Hair Reformation. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other guests. In order to be respectful of your fellow guests, please call Hair Reformation as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Our appointments are confirmed 6 days in advance by text and 48-72 hours before by phone.

  • “No call & No show” will be charged 100% of the services booked. Any appointments with less than 24 hours Cancellation notice, will also result in being charged 100% of services booked. In addition, if you ‘No Call, No Show’ you will not be able to rebook without paying in full for their next service upfront.

  • If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will consider this a “No Show.” Once you have been considered a “No Show” you will be charged 100% of the Services you booked for that date.


Hand Tied extension policy

There is no refund of any sort for Hand Tied Extension/ Invisible Bead Extension as well as Hand Tied Weft Hair Purchases. Any service issues must be addressed at the time of service for correction. 

  • There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of your consultation. This will be applied to your total after the service is performed.

  • We will allow you to reschedule your appointment only one time and must be at least 2 weeks in advance and if you give less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you book Extensions in conjunction with “The Works”, you are required to put down both deposits.

  • We recommend a specific regimen for your extensions including but not limited to products, tools, and brushes. If you are unwilling to follow the recommendations, we are not liable for the results.
