Extension artistry at Hair Reformation is treated as a specialty discipline.

Our entire team completes advanced IBE certification before offering extensions to guests. Each artist is required to sew and facilitate 50+ full rows in training before ever working on a client.

The IBE Method

Invisible Bead Extensions® is an adhesive-free, scalp-conscious technique designed to preserve the integrity of your natural hair while delivering seamless length and volume.

Unlike traditional methods that rely on glue or over-direct the hair (which creates tension points and discomfort), IBE is installed in the natural direction your hair grows.

There is:
• No adhesive applied to your hair
• No excessive pulling or over-direction
• No exposed beads
• No bead-to-scalp contact

The beads sit approximately 2mm away from the scalp and remain completely concealed beneath the wefts layered above and below the foundation row. The result is comfort, flexibility, and discretion throughout your wear.

For guests with scalp sensitivities such as eczema or psoriasis, this tension-minimizing structure can significantly reduce irritation and flare-ups.

The Application

A typical IBE installation consists of one to three rows, fully customized to your density, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals.

A soft horseshoe-shaped foundation of beads is anchored around the head, and the extension hair is meticulously stitched to that base. The process takes approximately two to three hours.

Because the rows wrap around the entire head, volume is balanced and length blends seamlessly from every angle.
