Booking & Consultations

At Hair Reformation, every color journey begins with intention — and a plan.

Step One: Complete Our New Client Form

If you are new to color with us, or it has been six months or more since your last visit, please begin by completing our New Client Form using the link above.

Once submitted, we kindly ask that you proceed with booking your New Client Consultation as soon as possible. Consultation availability is limited, and we truly look forward to meeting you and designing your custom experience.

Color Services

Consultations are required prior to booking all color services. You are considered a New Client if we have not seen you in six months or longer. Your consultation allows us to assess your hair history, goals, and reserve the proper timing for your transformation.

Haircuts

Haircuts do not require a consultation. You may simply select “Book Now” and schedule with any member of our talented team.

Extensions & Total Transformations

If you are seeking both custom color and Hand-Tied Extensions, additional consultation time is required so we can thoroughly assess your density, texture, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

We specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions® and were honored as a Top 10 IBE Salon. While IBE is our preferred luxury method for seamless wear and scalp health, we offer additional extension options when appropriate for your hair type and history.

To begin your extension transformation, please book:

• An Invisible Bead Extensions Consultation

This ensures your total transformation is executed with precision and care.
