Cancellation policy
At Hair Reformation, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with the highest level of care and artistry. Out of respect for your time, our team, and fellow guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies. Our text reminders go out 5 days prior to your appointment time. Please reply “C” upon receiving.
Cancellations & Rescheduling for ALL appointments:
48+ hours’ notice: No charge for rescheduling or cancellation.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
24 hours or less: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
Deposits & PREPAyments
A card on file is required for all bookings.
“The Works” & Color Services: $100 non-refundable retainer due at consultation, applied toward your service.
Extensions & IBE® Services: A non-refundable deposit covering 100% of the hair cost is required at the consultation. A card on file is required. On top of the hair cost, 100% of the installation and service fee is due on the day of your appointment, as outlined in the contract.
If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the hair deposit will be forfeited, and a 50% non-refundable charge for the stylist’s time will apply. You may reschedule within 14 days and pay the remaining 50% at that time. If the stylist has no availability within 14 days, the full service amount (100%) will be charged.
REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS
Services: We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary adjustment within 2 business days.
Extensions: Non-refundable; all concerns must be addressed during the service appointment.
Retail products & gift cards: Final sale and non-transferable.
