With nearly 20 years of experience, Natalie Solotes is a Master Colorist and Invisible Bead Extensions® Stylist specializing in elevated blonding, Airtouch, grey blending, and precision dry cutting. As the Creator & Founder of Hair Reformation — Buffalo’s first luxury, custom-color specialty salon — she’s trained internationally and continues advanced blonding education every year.

Natalie’s work has been featured in Modern Salon, and her artistry has taken her from London and Toronto to Los Angeles. Known for combining next-level technique with a deeply personalized experience, she leads with intention — mentoring her team and ensuring every guest receives truly top-tier care.

Elise started her Apprentice Program with Hair Reformation in June 2020. Elise specializes in custom color, lived-in cuts, and enhancing natural beauty with extensions. Her priority is always healthy hair, paired with personalized routines clients can maintain at home.

Rylee began her Apprentice Program December 2024 with Hair Reformation. She specializes in assisting with custom color services, guest experience, and luxury detailing — while also building her expertise in full-body waxing through Body Reformation. Her approach is thoughtful, calm, and service-forward, ensuring every guest feels cared for from start to finish.

What inspires you? I’m inspired by confidence — and helping guests feel beautiful in a way that’s effortless and elevated. I love being part of a team that values growth, luxury, and the little details that make an experience feel special.
